1. Redeeming Your Gift Card
To use your gift card, please contact us via phone at 02920 003 216, WhatsApp us at +447897030466, or Live Chat through our main website between 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
2. Digital Format Only
Your gift card is in digital format, and its value will be detailed in the gift card email.
3. Booking Flexibility
The gift card can be used as a deposit to secure a new booking or applied toward any existing trip booked with EverTrek.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
Enjoy a full money-back guarantee until 31st January 2025.
5. Post-January Policy
From 1st February 2025, the gift card must be used toward one of our trips or products and will no longer be refundable.
6. Expiration Date
Gift cards expire on 31st March 2025. After this date, unused gift cards will become invalid and non-refundable, with no option to retain credit.
7. No Cash Exchange
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Combine & Save
You can use your gift card alongside other offers and discounts.
